All levels are welcome to this introductory workshop to Fusion Belly Dance! We will learn posture, drill movement, and create a choreography from the foundational combinations we learn together in class! Enroll HERE
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing, shoes are optional, bring a shimmy belt if you have one! Be sure to bring a bottle or closed container of water for class to keep hydrated.
Belly dance is derived from a variety of regional dance cultures and has a vast history that spans continents. It's a great core workout with engaging movement that inspires dancers of all age ranges and backgrounds, and is an empowering way to dance in a group or individually.
Blair Logan is a Fusion Belly Dance instructor from Austin, Texas and has taught beginners and professional dancers for over a decade, and greatly enjoys teaching safe technique for individualized expression.
